All with you in mind

It’s incredible how many people say they can’t dance, or would like to workout but are intimidated by bulky equipment and gyms so they just won't do it; or maybe you're a parent who can't find a safe and nurturing place for your child(ren) to learn about fitness and dance. That’s where we come in. Jazz E FaD offers dance techniques + fitness structure + the positive reinforcements + safe space you need to Get up, Get moving, and Get your confidence! Take a look at our classes below then choose to book pay as you go sessions or become a Jazz E Member (JEM!) to book discounted sessions with added benefits. We welcome you to join us and experience the difference. ***FREE grand re-opening class coming in 2022!

Not a fan of large groups? Don’t want to get lost in the crowd but still enjoy the comfort of a few? Then take class with a smaller sized group of your friends/ family or join a smaller sized group class and make new friends. Either way enjoy your workout with the people around you, all along working together towards a healthier you. (Recommended for young children age 5-12; max. 24 people/session)

Either way enjoy your workout with the people around you, altogether working towards a healthier you. (Recommended for age 24-40; max. 24 people/ session)

Class Etiquette

Best Practices

Appearance/ dress - Dance wear such as leotard and tights, fitted tops, fitted sweaters, jazz pants, palazzo pants, leggings, fitted sweat pants, ballet slippers, jazz shoes, turning shoes, dance paws, etc. are acceptable. Avoid clothing that shows cleavage, midriff, and backside. Tie back and/ or secure hair. Minimal jewelry (stud earrings, wedding rings, short necklaces).
Equipment (what to bring) - Knee and/ or elbow pads, stretching bands, mats, hand weights, towels, and water are acceptable. No candy, colored/ sugary drinks, food and/or gum in class.
Decorum - Optimistic, can-do attitude, respectful of everyone's background and level of experience.
PLEASE BE ON TIME as doors will close 15 minutes past the hour class starts.
